Men Being Real
Appreciation that youth at this stage of their lives are going through an inner turmoil of discovering their own identity, finding their place at home and in the society, and wish to be treated as both adults and children. They want to be both in control and be guided/directed at the same time. These needs are not mutually exclusive. This is common across all youth of this age I am aware of that now and have the framework/tools to work through these challenges. As as a father, this programme has definitely help me connect with my son and other fathers at a more deeper level and I am in better control of my emotions that before.
