John Constable

I entered this wonderful and rich world of Essentially Men some 9 years ago, an event that had a hugely positive impact on my wellbeing and happiness, as it does on an ongoing basis. My relationships with my family, friends and my wider community continue to blossom in a more grounded and heart centred way.

I am a father of two, married for 38 years to my wonderful wife. I am now retired and blessed / grateful to be able to give back to this organisation. I have the time and energy to hold various roles in Essentially Men, and see my prime focus as making this world open to as many men as possible.

My happy place is being around those I love and those that love me.
